Q: What if I accidently close the window during transactionprocessing?

A: There are two scenarios in this case:

Scenario-1: Your amount is debited: In this case you will be left wondering why you did not receive any kind of notification. You can send an email to the payment platform and check for that payment status.

Scenario-2: Your amount is not debited: In this, you might receive an massage of payment failure

In both scenarios your money is safe.

Q:What are the reasons for payment failure?

A: Following can be the reasons for payment failure:

  • Authorization failure: Payment platform could not connect with the bank server.
  • Authentication Failure- wrong details entered: Maybe you have entered any of your details incorrect
  • Delayed Notification:Sometimes it happen that transferor don’t receive any notification about the success of payment because of some server problem.
  • Payment gateway failure: This happen occasionally with the payment doorway because of server timeout due to slower response.
Q: How do I regenerate activation credentials which I have lost/erased from my Phone?

A: See the 3rd option ‘Generate Activation Code Again’ in StarToken NG. This will send a new activation code and verification key to your registered number. And still if you do not receive the SMS then contact support.
