Q: I am a new customer how can I log In to Net Banking?
A: For logging in you need a User Id and password which will be sent to your registered mailing address and if you did not get then visit you branch they will provide you the confidential letter which has your user ID and password.

A: The step wise guide is mentioned below:
- Step-1 Go to the website www.unionbankonline.co.inand chose ‘Retail User login’ or ‘CorporateUser Login’
- Step-2 On the next page read the instructions and clicks on ‘CONTINUE TO LOGIN’
- Step-3 On the newly opened page fills your User ID, Password and Verification question answer and Click ‘LOGIN’
- Step-4 On next page click ‘Agree’ and on new page‘Enter the phrase (can be word or sentence) and choose any image.
- Step-5 After entering the phrase click login and you will be logged in to your account.
Q:What is the session timeout duration?
A: If the user keeps the page idle or do not perform any activity for 3 minutes then after 2 and a half minute a session timeout pop-up will appear to let you know about your session expiry.
